Training of Trainers (TOT-3) – REEL

Caritas Pakistan Multan held a two-day Training of Trainers (TOT-3) for its field staff with the help of the Cotton Connect team. The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of field officers on key aspects of cotton harvesting management techniques, the product flow process, and the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved from harvesting to the ginning stage. The sessions also covered topics such as environment protection, human rights and labor standards (HRDD), health, safety, and security, and regenerative farming practices that help make cotton production more sustainable.

All participants took part actively throughout the training, sharing their experiences and ideas. The sessions helped them refresh their understanding and build confidence to apply what they learned while supporting farmers and implementing project activities in the field.
