Widows and poor helped with food aid

Caritas Pakistan Lahore distributed 17 food packages among widows and most deserving families of Shahkot, Holy Spirit Parish, Sangla Hill, district Nankana Sahib. Caritas staff including Khurram and Waqas facilitated Awareness Session on COVID and distributed facemask along with IEC material to the beneficiaries.

Rev. Fr. Amanat Chaman OMI (Parish Priest) joined Mr. Naeem Naz (Diocesan Program Coordinator) for June 2, 2020 distribution. Fr. Amanat thanked team CPL.

“Widows and daily wagers are suffering the most amid the current economic crises. We shall continue helping the poor until lockdown ends,” said Mr. Naeem.
