Culmination of Laudato Si Week

Hundreds of Caritas Pakistan staff members prayed, reflected, recited rosary, attended awareness sessions and planted trees to mark the fifth anniversary of Pope Francis’ landmark encyclical letter Laudato Si’: On Care for Our Common Home. 

All these activities held in seven dioceses and national secretariat were posted with #LaudatoSi5 on social media. Caritas Pakistan Quetta celebrated Laudato si week by planting tree with Bishop Victor Gnanaprgasam and Fr. Renard Remindran by planting trees. Food distribution and prayers were also held at the bishops house.  

Teachers and students of Non Formal Education Centers, run by Caritas Pakistan Multan, also concluded Laudato Si week with tree plantations and prayers in Khanewal and Multan.
