COVID-19 survey to assess nutrition needs across country

Caritas Pakistan teams across country have initiated online nutrition survey across country to assess needs of vulnerable groups and families facing livelihood challenges amid virus outbreak.

In Karachi, Javed Iqbal and Sarfarz Anwar Social Mobilizers of Caritas Pakistan Karachi conducted the survey in Holy Mary Goth and Meer Khan , Areas of St. Michael’s Parish in district Malir. Another survey was conducted at Shahbaz Goth, area of St.Thomas’s Parish on 13th of July.

In Hyderabad, the survey was also held on July 13 in two village areas of Tando Allah Yar Parish. Mukhtar Gill (Program Coordinator) and Mr. Shaloom (Field Officer) interviewed the most deserving families whose children were malnourished.

In Gujranwala, Mr. Rafiq Inayat (Project Officer) and Mr. Obaid Estephen (Social Mobilizer) conducted survey at Mesaikaywali and Francisabad on July 14 and July 15.

Similarly, In Multan diocese, Mr. Kashif DPO Khanewal district interviewed families for survey in Chack (village) No 133/16.L. Mr. Prince Alvin visited Qasim Beela for survey.
