Caritas Pakistan Director visits flooded Karachi, expresses solidarity

Mr. Amjad Gulzar, National Executive Director of Caritas Pakistan paid solidarity visit to Caritas Karachi on 4th of September to meet with diocesan response team about the impact of six spells of monsoon rain.

 

Mr. Amjad also met His Eminence Joseph Cardinal Coutts, Chairman CPK as well as Director Operation PDMA (Sindh) and Diocesan Executive Secretary Mansha Noor on 4th of September, 2020.

 

The Objective of the Meeting was to share current sitution of heavy rain and urban flood in Karachi, its impact on communties living on the bed of Gujjar Nala, Caritas Pakistam response to help the affected and networking with PDMA Sindh for future collaboration.
