Coordination & Planning Meeting and Consultation Workshop on Education Projects

The Coordination and Planning Meeting and Consultation Workshop on Education Projects was organized by Caritas Pakistan on 17–18 July 2026 to review the progress of the 2025–2026 Education Projects and strengthen coordination among diocesan education teams. The workshop brought together program staff and representatives from different dioceses to assess project implementation, exchange experiences, and develop strategies for improving the quality and effectiveness of education interventions.

During the workshop, the Program Team presented a comprehensive review of the progress made under the 2025–2026 Education Projects, highlighting key achievements, implementation challenges, and lessons learned from each diocese. Participants actively contributed to the discussions by sharing their field experiences and identifying practical solutions to address existing gaps. The sessions also focused on strengthening the Non-Formal Education (NFE) Framework through discussions on effective training methodologies and approaches to enhance learning outcomes. In addition, participants explored ways to improve data management, monitoring, and documentation systems to ensure accurate reporting and evidence-based decision-making. The workshop further emphasized the importance of strengthening communication, media engagement, reporting mechanisms, and networking to increase program visibility and foster stronger collaboration among stakeholders.

The workshop concluded with a shared commitment from all participants to implement the recommendations discussed during the sessions and continue working collaboratively to improve the quality, accountability, and impact of education projects.
