Clean-Up operation following Karachi floods

Volunteers and staffs of Caritas Pakistan Karachi have launched major clean-up operation of roads and streets after heavy rain and urban flooding in seaport city.
Mr. Saleem Daleep washed away the sludge and mud from the road at front of diocesan office on 12th of August, 2020. The Disaster Management Committee (DMC) of Shahbaz Goth area of St. Thomas’s Parish Mr. Fiaz Anwar also took the initiative on self-help basis and removed rain water from the main street. It was very difficult for the peoples to reach home, he said.
