Tree Plantation in Tackling Climate Crisis

Due to rapidly changing climate, it is the dire need of today’s world to plant as many trees as possible.
Proceeding towards the completion of “One million Tree Plantation Campaign” (2016- 2019), Caritas Pakistan Islamabad/Rawalpindi contributed to plant 2550 trees at Chak 17- ML Mariakhel , District Mianwali on 16th October. More than 50 participants including clergy members, school students and other community members gathered for a generous act to combat climate change under “Building Drought Resilience Farming Community” project.
