Caritas Pakistan joins country’s largest plantation campaign
communicationIn response to PM Imran Khan’s call, Caritas Pakistan Karachi staff and Disaster Management Committee (DMC) of Holy Mary Goth planted trees for Greener Pakistan.
The event was organized after the PM launched the country’s largest tree plantation campaign on August 9 with the aim of planting 3.5 million saplings in the country in a single day to celebrate ‘Tiger Force Day.”
Caritas Pakistan Islamabad-Rawalpindi under one million more tree plantation campaign held tree plantation at Fatima Church Islamabad on 6 August 2020. Rev Fr. Sylvester Joseph parish priest and Rev Fr Kamran Daniel along with staff of CPIR planted ten Neem trees at parish house.
