Training on School Management in Hyderabad

Caritas Pakistan Hyderabad (CPH) organized School Management Training (SMT) of Caritas Community Schools (CCS) under Caritas Initiative for Education Promotion (CIEP) at Danish Kada Hall on 9th February 2020.

CPH is running four Caritas Community schools in areas of Shaama Patel Goth Unit 10, Latifabad, Al-Shahbaz Colony and Railway Colony, Kotri. Almost 20 Community members from these areas attended the session.

Mr. Mukhtar Gill (Program Coordinator CPH) facilitated the training and discussed about the roles and responsibilities of SMT members and importance of developing linkages and networking as to grow with the objective of educating the dropouts in an efficient manner. The criteria was also developed by focusing the standards and principles of the school management that sets the future directions to proceed in an effective way.
