Caritas Pakistan Multan distributed dry food packages – Flood 2025
Caritas Pakistan Multan distributed dry food packages in Chak No. 5/4L, Rangpur, District Muzaffargarh on September 18, 2025, with a total of 110 participants (72 men and 38 women). The purpose of this effort was to support flood-affected families who had lost their homes, crops, and belongings, leaving them with nothing to eat. Under the guidance of His Excellency Most Rev. Bishop Yousaf Sohan (Bishop of Multan), Rev. Fr. Yousaf Sardar (Parish Priest of Chak No. 5/4L Rangpur), and Executive Secretary Mr. Samuel Clement (Caritas Pakistan Multan), the organization carried out this food relief initiative to provide immediate food security and survival support. The recent floods had severely damaged houses and farmland, leaving many families without any source of food or income. To address this crisis, Caritas Pakistan Multan distributed dry food packages containing essential food items to help families meet their basic needs. This effort not only gave physical relief but also brought hope and encouragement to the affected community.
